What are the cancellation policies for a reservation?

It is possible to cancel a reservation under the following conditions: 

Reservation cancellation dateCancellation fee
10 minutes after creating the reservationNo fee (0 $)
More than 24 hours before the start of the reservation

20% of the booking cost or full refund in clicknpark credits for future bookings.

Two options:

(i) Refund to the original payment method, minus a 20% cancellation fee;

(ii) Full refund in clicknpark credits.

During the 24 hours preceding the start of the reservation50% of the booking cost (refunded in clicknpark credits for future bookings).
After the start of a booking
100% of the cost of the reservation (no refund)
