What are the cancellation policies for a reservation?
It is possible to cancel a reservation under the following conditions:
| Reservation cancellation date | Cancellation fee |
| 10 minutes after creating the reservation | No fees |
| More than 24 hours before the start of the reservation | 20% of reservation cost or full refund in credits (to be applied to future reservations) |
| During the 24 hours preceding the start of the reservation | 50% of reservation cost |
| After the start of a booking | 100% of the cost of the reservation |
