My subscription payment hasn't gone through. What do I do?

If your subscription payment has not been accepted, please check the following:
  1. Be sure that the postal code associated with your credit card is entered correctly. An incorrect postal code may result in the transaction being rejected.
  2. Check that you have sufficient funds in your account to complete the transaction. An insufficient balance may prevent the payment from being accepted.
If you continue to experience payment problems despite these checks, please contact us and provide us with your booking number so that we can carry out further checks and help you resolve the problem.
