To book this parking, you must use your government-issued email address.

How do I reserve a parking space?

1. Download the clicknpark application from the Google Play Store or the App Store.  
2. Create your account by using your professional email address

2. Create your password
3. Enter your contact information: Last name, first name, phone number
4. Add your vehicle information: make, model, and license plate number
3. Select your destination (200 boulevard Sacré-Coeur, Gatineau), start time and end time. 
4. Press “Book”, then confirm the make, model and license plate of your vehicle.
   
5. Proceed to payment.
   
6. Once the reservation is complete, it will appear in your future reservations.

    

Parking Information:

1. Access and Exit: Simply press the "open door" button available in the app to enter or exit the parking during your reservation period.
2. Unlimited Entries and Exits during the reservation period.
3. Hours: 24/7
4. Maximum Reservation Duration: 1 week
5. Daily Rate: $20
   

Cancellation policy

Reservations may be cancelled under the following conditions:

1. Fixed-term reservations: 10 minutes after making the reservation: no charge ($0)
2. More than 24 hours before the start of the reservation: 20% fee or credit
   (i) Refund on the method of payment used less a 20% cancellation fee; OR
   (ii) Full refund in credits, to be applied to future bookings.
3. During the 24 hours prior to the start of a booking: 50% fee Refund of the booking in credits, to be applied to your future bookings, less a 50% cancellation fee.
4. After the start of a reservation: 100% fee No refund.
