I can't see my access button
If you no longer see the access button in the application, this may mean that your reservation has been completed.
If you have not left the car park within this time, please contact customer service. Please note that you have up to 10 minutes after your reservation to leave the parking lot. After this time, you will be charged $15 for the delay. It is therefore important to respect your reservation end time to avoid additional charges.
